Immediate Past President Frank Yoke recently had the honor and pleasure of attending the 2026 installation of the president of the Rotary Club of Chicago, the first and the oldest Rotary Club in the world. The Chicago Club was founded on February 23, 1905, by attorney Paul Harris and three business associates in Chicago, Illinois.
The 2026 installation was held on Monday, August 3, 2026 at the Union League Club of Chicago. The occasion was both memorable and special, because Seyda Calderwood was installed as the 124th president of the Rotary Club of Chicago by current Rotary International President Olayinka Hakeem Babalola.
