One of the great traditions of the Rotary Club of San Francisco is welcoming visiting Rotarians and guests to our Tuesday meetings. We want every visitor to experience the fellowship and hospitality that have defined our Club for nearly 120 years. At the same time, the Board has a responsibility to ensure that our Club remains financially sustainable. At our July 2026 Board meeting, we approved a small but important update to our luncheon pricing policy that helps us better align our costs while preserving the benefits of membership.
Beginning with our first meeting in September 2026, visiting Rotarians and guests will pay the standard luncheon fee of $60, regardless of when they register.
For our members, nothing changes. The member luncheon price will remain at $45 through 11:59 AM on Friday, with the existing $60 late registration fee beginning at 12 noon on Friday and continuing until Tuesday when the meeting begins. Walk-ins will continue to pay the standard luncheon fee of $60.
We also want to continue encouraging prospective members to experience our Club. Individuals interested in membership should connect with our Membership Committee, which will continue to assist them with attending their first meetings.
This update is one of several practical steps the Board has taken to strengthen the Club's financial position while continuing to invest in the fellowship, service, and programs that make the Rotary Club of San Francisco such a special place.
Thank you for your continued support as we work together to ensure our Club remains strong for generations to come.
